- Account information. Name, email, password (hashed), role (coach or seeker), and account settings.
- Coach-profile information. Title, headline, biography, country, location, languages, categories, expertise, hourly rate, plan, services offered, blog posts, social links.
- Inquiry information. Name, email, optional phone, the message you submit, and the coach or service the inquiry relates to.
- Reviews. Name, email (not published), star rating, review title and body.
- Profile-claim submissions. Claimant name, email, phone, verification URL, and the claim message.
- Usage data. IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP.
- Cookies and similar technologies. Session and preference cookies, plus analytics cookies described below.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Operate the Service, including showing coach profiles, processing inquiries, and managing reviews;
- Route inquiries to the right coach. Where the admin has enabled direct notifications for a coach, inquiries on that coach's profile are also delivered to the coach by email;
- Verify ownership when a coach submits a profile claim;
- Communicate with you about the Service, account, and important updates;
- Improve and personalise the Service, including measuring usage and debugging issues;
- Detect and prevent fraud, spam, and other harmful activity;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. Legal bases (EEA / UK users)
If you are in the EEA or UK, we rely on these legal bases:
- Contract. To deliver the Service you've signed up for.
- Legitimate interests. To improve and secure the Service, prevent abuse, and route inquiries to coaches.
- Consent. For optional marketing communications and certain analytics cookies.

7. Data retention
We keep account and profile information for as long as your account is active. Inquiries, reviews, and claim records are retained for as long as needed to operate the Service and comply with legal obligations, typically up to seven years. You can request deletion as described below.

- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information (subject to legal exceptions);

Coach profiles, blog posts, and other content may link to third-party websites (such as a coach's personal site or social media). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Please review their policies before sharing information with them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will indicate the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change indicates your acceptance.
